RATES:

Due to the overwhelming interest in our products, please allow 7-14 business days for shipping via Standard First Class Shipping. All items are shipped via First Class or USPS Priority mail. We require 7-14 days for shipping from the date of your purchase transaction, as our products are custom made to order. If an item is immediately available, the shipping time indicated above will likely arrive in 5-7 business days, if not sooner. You will be notified promptly by email if any items are out of stock or delayed - please be sure to provide a valid email address so we may contact you. It is also imperative that you provide a current and accurate shipping address. Rush Order Requests may be accommodated on items in stock - additional shipping charges will apply.
 
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
Please contact Calista Clothier's prior to completing any purchase transaction. All payment transactions through our Shopping Cart are in US Dollars. Please consult your local bank if you need currency conversion details for countries other than the US. International customers must contact us prior to your processing your Shopping Cart purchase so that we may provide you with a shipping cost quote.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You may track the status of your order by clicking here, after which you will have to enter your email address you used to pay with and an order number. Through this system you will be able to retrieve your entire order history with our online store.

At Calista Clothier's, your privacy is important to us! All personal information is confidential and will not be shared with any third parties unless forced to do so by law. Please feel free to contact us with questions and concerns. We strive to provide the utmost in customer satisfaction, but as all of our items are custom made to order, we do not allow any returns and exchanges without a prior approval via email prior to any exchange transaction taking place.

RETURN POLICY
All Calista Clothiers merchandise in unworn/unused condition (complete with hangtags) maybe returned for exchange or store credit only within 15 days.  Processing of exchanges takes three business days and is subject to merchandise availability. Calista Clothiers reserves the right to return (and refuse store credit or exchange) for merchandise that is deemed to be in unsaleable condition at the customers expense.
